It started with a simple love for YouTube. After being addicted to the site for years, I discovered a trend in 2013 buzzing around the internet called ASMR. ASMR stand for autonomous sensory meridian response. In other words sounds that create a tingly relaxation feeling in your head. I had always experienced this phenomenon but always thought it wasn’t a real thing. Immediately I thought I had to jump on this bandwagon and after a couple years of doing it as a hobby I had found a new love for audio recording equipment. So i decided to quit selling insurance and pursue video production as a possible career. My channel has had different names in the past and after YouTube had become more regulated I needed to change names. After a majority of videos being put out I always received compliments for my leather related videos. After renaming the channel for a 3rd time I had decided why not just go with the moniker Leath3r.
